The hotel is located in a lovely village just a 5-minute walk from the North Yorks Moors Railway, with Whitby less than an hour's ride away. Overall, the stay met our expectations with great staff and a good breakfast selection. However, some issues with room cleanliness and delays in service affected our experience.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The breakfast room was conveniently close, and my room was spacious and immaculately clean, complete with complimentary water, shortbread biscuits, and a selection of beverages.
